Shipping Information

Shipping Policy:

We provide free shipping to our customers located anywhere in country.

Usually we ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving orders. Once shipped you will get your delivery within next 3 to 4 business days. 

We ship our orders via reputed courier service providers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Aramex, Xpressbees, Dotzot, etc.

In case of prepaid orders for which our courier partners do not provide shipping facility we dispatch them via Indian Speed Post.

In case you do not receive your order within 7 days of placing your order you can contact us at support@caseworld.in

Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case your our courier partners do not provide COD facility at your pincode.

Currently, we do not fulfill orders for which shipping address is beyond boundaries of India. And we reserve the right to cancel those orders.

 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Case World is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. 

We ae not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

Case World reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
